1. Smart Technology for Daily Comfort
This 102 SQFT. master bathroom was designed for clients who value both high-end design and modern innovation. A Kohler digital shower system puts full control at their fingertips—managing temperature, water flow, and even offering an eco-mode for water conservation. One of their favorite features is the ability to preheat the shower, so it’s perfectly warm the moment they step in.
A heated towel rack was also installed, blending seamlessly into the decor while adding a touch of spa-like comfort.
2. Sleek Design with Bold Accents
To complement the contemporary feel, we installed a wall-mounted black bowl sink paired with a matte black faucet. All hardware is finished in black, offering a sharp contrast to the room’s lighter tones and adding a bold, modern touch.
One wall features 3D-textured tile in white and gray, creating visual interest while staying within the neutral palette. This feature wall brings depth and a unique design element that elevates the space.
3. Curbless Shower with Custom Storage
The curbless shower was made possible by carefully sloping the floor toward a rectangular drain, creating a seamless transition and a clean, open look. In the shower corner, we added a custom niche wall using four pre-fabricated Schluter niches, offering smart storage without compromising on style.
Together, these features make the space both functional and beautiful, blending smart solutions with elegant finishes.
